Stacy was born in Buffalo, New York raised by Greek immigrants who operated a family restaurant. Stacy was immersed in the family enterprise at a young age and learned that a business is only as successful as the relationships it is built upon. Stacy focuses his legal practice in the areas of real estate, residential and commercial lending, corporate law, estate planning and administration. Stacy routinely lectures on topics relating to real estate law and secured financing transactions.

Cheryl was raised in Jacksonville, Florida and began her legal career as the Northeast Florida Regional Claims Counsel for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation. Upon admittance to the New York State Bar, Cheryl expanded her practice areas beyond title insurance and real estate to include bankruptcy, debtor creditor relations and commercial law. Cheryl routinely lectures on various legal topics and served as an adjunct professor teaching Consumer Law at SUNY at Buffalo.
