Firm History

Bechakas & Bechakas, LLP is a boutique law firm created in 2014. The partnership consists of two attorneys, Stacy L. Bechakas and Cheryl H. Bechakas. Each partner has over twenty five years of experience practicing law in the areas of residential and commercial mortgage financing, residential relocations, new construction, purchase and sale real estate transactions, title insurance, and lender REO services. The firm also offers legal services in the areas of business entity formations, insolvency and restructuring, foreclosure, estate planning and administration, and debtor-creditor relations.
